To create a brand that could solve a real world problem, I developed Life Share. It encouraged new parents to save their new baby’s umbilical cord blood in public banks, which was a free service for any family. Each year nearly 20,000 people of all ages benefit from a potentially life-saving umbilical cord blood or bone marrow transplant. As a result, my project tried to help educate parents about the life-saving benefits of cord blood, and show how easy and safe it is to donate.
